Software Test Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated S/W Test Engineer to join our QA/Testing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software testing concepts, hands-on exposure to Selenium/Appium, and foundational knowledge of SQL. If you're a quick learner with a passion for quality assurance and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and executing test cases (manual and automated).
  • Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing on web/mobile applications.
  • Use tools like Selenium or Appium for automation tasks.
  • Write basic SQL queries to validate data integrity in the backend.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and report defects.
  • Document bugs and track them to closure.
  • Learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and processes quickly.

Key Skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of Software Testing methodologies (Manual + Automation).
  • Exposure to Selenium or Appium (project or certification is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of SQL basics.
  • Familiarity with any test management or bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestLink) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • A quick learner and self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Any testing certification (e.g., ISTQB, Selenium, Appium, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Mininum 1 to 2 years Experience in Testing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
