Mining Mate

Role & responsibilities

• The Mining Mate is responsible for driving efficiency of the plant and increase production by driving efficiency in each section.
• The Mines mate needs to providing the raw material time to time as per plant requirement and meets the production targets also .
• Knowledge of Drilling & Blasting, Plantation, Reclamation & Rehabilitation. Knowledge of Operation of H.E.M.M., Can be Supervision for smooth & efficient mine working for maintaining & production with quality.
• Knowledge of Mine rules & regulations, acts, byelaws, safety practices while working in mine. Provide engineering technical support to mine operations.
• Process oriented; willing to work in a target based environment. Poised to tackle the multifaceted challenges of rapidly changing excellent communication and collaboration. Skilled at preparing day to day production statistics, and develop designs which provide the operation with safety, cost effectiveness and flexibility to ensure production goals are meet. Proficiency in handling mining operations and taking care of Production, quality, delivery, Safety and the environment. Expertise in conventional and non-conventional method of mining.
