Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver regular as well as ad-hoc business reports for Consumer Healthcare brands and categories.
  • Design and build advanced dashboards and reports using Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, DAX, and Power BI.
  • Drive continuous automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Integrate and manage complex data sets from multiple sources.
  • Ensure data management and hierarchy maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide impactful reporting solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in Consumer Analytics across CPG, Retail, or FMCG domains.
  • Expertise in reporting, large data set handling, and solution development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Pivot (DAX).
  • Knowledge of relevant programming languages for data handling and automation.
  • Experience in report building and dashboard creation in Power BI, including data integration and transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Passion for automation, continuous improvement, and process efficiency.
