Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Digital Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who excels at creating a wide array of digital assets and is proficient in bringing static designs to life through motion. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from concept to execution, for both static and dynamic content. A strong understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS) is required to ensure your designs are technically feasible and pixel-perfect in their final implementation.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Digital-First Design: Design and produce a wide range of high-quality digital graphics, including website layouts, landing pages, social media content, email marketing templates, digital advertisements, and infographics.
  • Video & Motion Graphics (Mandatory): Take ownership of video creation, editing, and motion graphics projects. This includes creating animated explainer videos, social media animations, video ads, and UI/UX micro-animations from concept to completion.
  • Front-End Integration: Use your knowledge of HTML and CSS to build and hand-code responsive email templates, web pages, and other digital assets, ensuring a seamless transition from design to development.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign strategies into compelling visual content and collaborate with developers to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility across all platforms.
  • Trend & Technology Adoption: Proactively integrate the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies into your work to keep our brand at the forefront of digital design.
  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality, delivered on time, and adhere to brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design.
  • Expert Proficiency in Design Software: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Mandatory Video & Motion Skills: Professional experience and demonstrated proficiency in video editing and motion graphics using software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and/or Figma.
  • Hands-on HTML/CSS Skills: Proven ability to write clean HTML and CSS to create and style web pages and email templates. Understanding of responsive web design principles is a must.
  • Strong Design Foundation: Excellent eye for layout, typography, color theory, and composition across digital platforms.
  • Brand Consistency: Ability to adhere to and evolve brand guidelines across all deliverables.

Additional Skills :-

  • Experience with UI/UX design principles and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Knowledge of video creation and editing with animation principles and 2D/3D animation techniques.
