Job Discription: Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging artwork for product packaging, labels, and branding of ayurvedic medicines and health products.[shine]

• Create eye-catching graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, emailers, print media, brochures, and promotional materials.

• Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all designs and platforms (digital and offline).

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and regulatory teams to ensure design alignment and compliance with industry guidelines.

• Translate brand briefs and product USPs into visual assets that communicate our holistic approach and values.

• Manage and organize all design assets, maintaining effective version control and file management.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in FMCG, Ayurveda, pharma, nutraceuticals, or wellness sector.

  • Demonstrated ability to create packaging and marketing designs for health-related products.

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital asset management tools.

    • Solid grasp of layout, color theory, typography, and brand identity.

    • Attention to detail regarding label compliance and multilingual content for packaging.

    • Portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity in previous design projects, particularly for wellness or herbal products.
