Objectives of the Academic Assistant Program

  • Focus and motivate students to achieve learning goalsand improve their academic performance.
  • To generate interest in academics & related activities among the students.
  • To provide all relevant information and assistance to students.

  • Keep the relationship professional.

DUTIES

Updating Student Attendance

Check the profile card of the students and admit them to respected classes, Maintain accurate and up-to-date student attendance records. Monitor and track student attendance, notify relevant parties of any irregularities, and collaborate with the academic, administration and accounts to address attendance-related issues.

Conducting Exams

Coordinate and administer exams, ensuring adherence to examination guidelines and maintaining the integrity of the assessment process. Collect and organize exam papers, oversee exam sessions, publishing results and ensure proper grading and record-keeping.

Maintaining and Handling Assets

Manage and maintain various assets, including iPads, microphones, projectors, and Apple TVs. Ensure proper functioning, organization, and availability of these assets for faculty and student use as required.

Pay: ₹15, ₹17,500.00 per month
