Role & responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  2. Identify potential clients in industries such as technology, healthcare, e-commerce, and more.

  3. Research and reach out to decision-makers via cold calls, emails, and networking.

  4. Maintain and update the sales pipeline to track progress and opportunities.

  5. Sales and Business Development:

  6. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

  7. Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.

  8. Create and deliver proposals and negotiate contracts.

  9. Client Relationship Management:

  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  11. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.

  12. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by collaborating with internal teams.

  13. Market Insights and Strategy:

  14. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

  15. Provide feedback to internal teams to refine service offerings and align with market demands.

  16. Performance Reporting:

  17. Track sales activities and results using CRM tools.

  18. Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and forecasts.

  19. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  20. Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the translation and localization industry.
  21. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.
  22. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  23. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
  24. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  25. Knowledge of translation and localization processes or technologies is a plus.
  26. Multilingual skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
