Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various vacancies within the organization
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and taking care of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Assisting in resolving employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner
  • Conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Preparing HR-related reports and metrics for management review
  • Preparing and rolling out offer letters to selected candidates
  • Acting as a bridge between hiring managers and candidates to negotiate terms of employment
  • Coordinating the background verification process for new hires
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork, setting up IT accounts, and scheduling orientation sessions
  • Coordinating with department heads to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their roles
  • Maintaining and updating HR documentation including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures
