Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Housekeeping Supervisor
to lead and manage our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain standards.
• Maintain housekeeping inventories and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Address guest concerns or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for resolution.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage shift schedules efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the hotel industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety standards.
• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory.

• Assist in table setups and ensure timely service.

• Perform general cleaning duties as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests in a courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
• 0–1 year of experience in a hotel or restaurant (fresher's may apply).
• Basic communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and under pressure.
• Good personal hygiene and grooming.

Position: Senior Steward
Responsibilities:

• Supervise junior stewards and guide daily operations.
• Oversee cleanliness and upkeep of service areas and equipment.
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service team.
• Monitor inventory of service tools and cleaning supplies.
• Help manage buffet setups and banquet service.
• Train and onboard new stewards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in F&B service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and service etiquette.
