Sr. Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities : We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive (B2C) who will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, managing client relationships and mentoring junior BDA's. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, deep customer understanding and the ability to close high-value deals in a fast-paced B2C environment.
Preferred candidate profile
- Identify, generate, and convert new leads into paying customers through calls, emails, social media and field sales.
 - Present, promote and sell products/services using strong sales pitches and solution-based approaches.
 - Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
 - Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
 - Conduct customer needs analysis and provide customized solutions.
 - Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM tools for pipeline management.
 - Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and increase conversions.
 - Gather customer feedback to share insights with product and operations teams.
 - Train, guide and support junior BDAs to improve overall team performance.
 - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
