Operations Manager – LaunchEx Venture Pvt. Ltd. (Pune)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

About the Company

LaunchEx Venture Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing multi-domain venture studio helping businesses scale through strategic operations, financial discipline, and process excellence. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize day-to-day operations while driving efficiency and performance across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments
  • Implement and improve operational systems, SOPs, and workflows
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor payments with financial accuracy
  • Lead teams, set KPIs, and ensure target achievement
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
  • Coordinate with HR for manpower planning and onboarding
  • Support business development, lead follow-ups, and project execution
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and share insights with management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or business management
  • Proven record of cost optimization and efficiency improvement
  • Strong financial and analytical understanding
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Pune-based candidates preferred
