Job Title: Project Executive – Civil & Interiors (QSR)

Location: Bangalore, India

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Project Executive – Civil & Interiors (QSR) to oversee the end-to-end setup of our new restaurant outlets. This role involves identifying and finalizing suitable properties, coordinating architectural and civil drawings, managing contractor relationships, and ensuring the site is fully prepared for operational handover.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and evaluate potential properties for new restaurant locations.

· Oversee the creation and approval of civil and architectural drawings.

· Coordinate with civil, MEP, and interior contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of construction and fit-out work.

· Ensure all infrastructure is compliant with safety and regulatory standards.

· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and local authorities to ensure all permits and licenses are obtained on time.

· Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality benchmarks to ensure delivery within budget and schedule.

· Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to brand and quality standards.

· Prepare regular progress reports and escalate issues proactively.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

· 1–5 years of experience in commercial interior projects; prior work in F&B/QSR projects is a plus.

· Strong understanding of civil drawings, materials, and construction processes.

· Hands-on experience with vendor coordination and project tracking tools.

Skills & Attributes:

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to manage multiple sites and vendors simultaneously.

· Willingness to travel across Bangalore as per project needs.

· Basic knowledge of CADD or any engineering drawing software is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,078.13 per month
