We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Operations Executive to support our day-to-day business activities. The role involves handling administrative tasks, data management, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update company records, data, and reports

Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information in systems

Handle documentation, filing, and record management

Coordinate with front office, accounts, HR, and sales teams

Prepare MIS reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as required

Manage emails, follow-ups, and internal communication

Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic accounting support (if required)

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Support management in daily operational tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)

Good typing speed and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Decent communication and coordination skills

Prior experience in back office / admin role preferred (Freshers can apply)
