
Back Office Operations Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform accurate data entry, verification, and maintenance of internal databases and records.
- Handle documentation processes including filing, scanning, and archiving.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
- Generate reports, summaries, and updates for management as required.
- Assist in compliance checks, quality audits, and internal controls.
- Respond to internal queries and provide back-end support for business operations.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Freshers or an year of experience in a back office, data entry, or administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
