Job Summary

We are hiring a Female Front Desk Receptionist for our real estate office in Hubli. The candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, handling front office responsibilities, inquiries, and coordination with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor and inquiry records.
  • Provide basic project information and share brochures.
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits with the sales team.
  • Follow up on walk-in and telephonic inquiries as instructed.
  • Maintain reception area, marketing materials, and front office discipline.
  • Support basic administrative and data entry tasks.

Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–3 years of experience as Front Desk Executive / Receptionist.
  • Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-focused.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling.

Working Days & Timings

  • Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday Weekoff).

Salary

  • Best in industry, based on experience.
