As we scale, we're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technical capabilities and client needs, especially during onboarding, so that our engineering team can stay focused on product development.
Role and Key Responsibilities
We are hiring an Associate Manager (Technical Solutions) for enterprise clients. This is an entry level role. You will be responsible for driving technical adoption of our products for our enterprise clients.
- Lead the customer onboarding journey
- You will be responsible for guiding clients through the initial stages of product integrations. This includes understanding their technical requirements, configuring the solution to fit their needs, and ensuring seamless setup. You'll own the technical side of onboarding, so that customers can begin using the product quickly and effectively with minimal intervention from the product and engineering teams.
- Bridge the gap between customers and engineering
- You will be the primary liaison between the customer and the internal teams. Your role will involve gathering and translating requirements, issues and feedback and then communicating these to our engineers in a way that minimises delays. You'll ensure that the project delivery is aligned with our clients' needs.
- Technical Process Documentation
- One of the key responsibilities will be to create internal playbacks to streamline customer onboarding across multiple customers.
- Streamline onboarding processes
- As you gain more insight into customer needs, you'll actively contribute in improving onboarding workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- You will relay insights from customers back to product and engineering to ensure our solutions are aligned with customer needs.
- Manage Technical Support Workflows
- You will handle customer queries related to product setup, integration, and operational issues. - Provide proactive customer success management
- As a part of the onboarding process, you will also advise clients on optimal utilisation of the product, aligning with their processes. You will monitor their early usage, flag potential issues, and proactively offer suggestions for optimizing their experience, ensuring that they are set up for long-term success.
