  1. Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms and other security systems to identify potential security threats.

  2. Respond to alarms and incidents in a timely and effective manner.

  3. Dispatch security personnel or emergency services as necessary.

Communication

  1. Answer and respond to phone calls, emails and other communications from stakeholders.

  2. Provide situational awareness and updates to security personnel, management and other stakeholders.

  3. Coordinate with external agencies, such as law enforcement, to share information and best practices.

  4. Share all the reports/issues to Client relevant to Control Room Operations.

Data Entry and Reporting

  1. Accurately enter data into security management software and other systems.

  2. Generate reports on SVS, ACM and other electronics security relevant data.

Compliance and Procedures

  1. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, procedures and protocols.

  2. Follow established procedures for incident response, reporting and documentation.

  3. Participate in audits and reviews to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

System Maintenance

  1. Perform routine checks on security systems and equipment.

  2. Identify and report any technical issues or system failures.

  3. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system issues.

  4. Escalate to client for any technical errors and the status of the system.

Teamwork and Collaboration

  1. Work collaboratively with other control room operators, security personnel and stakeholders.

  2. Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed.

  3. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on security operations and initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  1. Response time to alarms and incidents.

  2. Accuracy and completeness of data entry and reporting.

  3. Compliance with organizational security policies and procedures.

  4. Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

  5. Participation in training and development programs.

Work Details:

  • 8 hours/day, 26 days/month

  • Take-home salary: ₹31,000

  • Additional benefits: Leave, Bonus, Medical Insurance

  • Annual salary hike as per client agreement
