We want a smart and enthusiastic General Manager for our Hospital, who is responsible to oversees the day-to-day operations of a hospital, ensuring efficient and effective healthcare delivery. They are responsible for managing staff, budgets, and resources, as well as implementing strategic initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction. They also ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is typically required, with many managers holding a master's degree.
Salary:40k-50k
Experienced Male candidates are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:Overseeing daily operations, including patient care, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Financial Management:Developing and managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Strategic Planning:Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve hospital performance, patient outcomes, and overall efficiency.
- Staff Management:Hiring, training, and managing hospital staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Compliance:Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements.
- Quality Improvement:Implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Relations:Building and maintaining positive relationships with medical staff, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Facility Management:Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of hospital facilities and equipment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership and Management:Proven ability to lead and manage teams, motivate staff, and drive performance.
- Financial Acumen:Understanding of financial management principles, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Strategic Thinking:Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:Ability to identify and resolve complex problems, make sound decisions, and exercise good judgment.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations:Understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements.
- Experience:Several years of experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record of success.
- Education:A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is typically required, with many managers holding a master's degree.
