Looking for a hardware and firmware engineer to look  after the design, development, and testing of portable handheld devices, lab grade benchtop devices and field deployable transmitters. You will be responsible for testing, documentation, and leading a team of highly motivated people.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Planning, developing, and implementing hardware and firmware standards
  • Gathering and analyzing the requirements of customers
  • Understanding of black box testing
  • Knowledge of pre-production and production challenges
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master Engineering Degree in the field of Electronics/Instrumentation
  • Experience of firmware coding for 16-bit/ARM microcontrollers
  • Experience of designing ultra-low power voltage/current/power measurement
  • Experience in the development of power supplies (hardware).
  • Familiarity in the development of PCBs and other tools.
  • Design and development of PCB layouts using CAD software, design rule checks, and signal integrity analysis
  • Creation of Schematics, BOMs, Gerber files, and assembly files for manufacturing.
  • Understanding of cross-functional requirements of instrumentation development (hardware and firmware)
Desirable Qualifications : 
  • Experience or understanding of Real-Time Operating Systems for microcontrollers
  • Experience in the development of multi-layer PCB development
