Job Title: Project Manager- Greenhouse and Packhouse (BOQ Specialist)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with expertise in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for greenhouse and packhouse structures. Additionally, they can also manage speed breeding projects. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in planning, budgeting and managing greenhouse and packhouse projects.

Job Location: Kalkaji New Delhi, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and manage BOQs for greenhouse, packhouse and speed breeding projects
  • Oversee the design, setup, and operations of the projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement and manage speed breeding techniques to enhance crop yield and cycle efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for the procurement of materials, scheduling, and project execution.
  • Monitor greenhouse conditions and optimize climate control systems to maintain optimal growing conditions.
  • Implement new technologies and focus on import to maximize cost cutting
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on advanced agricultural and greenhouse technologies.
  • Prepare project reports, budgets, and timelines for stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in greenhouse management and project execution.
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing BOQs for agricultural projects.
  • Strong knowledge of pack house operations and speed breeding techniques.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
