Job Title : Assistant Manager/Human Resource Shared Services - Exit
Function : Corporate HR
Exp- 4 to 7yeras
Location : Gurgaon – Phase V Office
Job Responsibility:
∙ Oversee the offboarding process for employees in India, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
∙ Collaborate with various departments such as human resources, finance, and IT to facilitate seamless offboarding.
∙ Serve as a key HR point of contact for internal teams and business stakeholders.
∙ Ensure service excellence by addressing HR-related queries and issues promptly.
∙ Partner with business and functional heads to support manpower planning and operational HR needs.
∙ Implement and monitor adherence to HR SOPs, policies, and processes.
∙ Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal audits.
∙ Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
∙ Generate HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for management review
∙ Supervise and guide middle-level HR professionals and support staff employees
∙ Facilitate performance feedback and team development.
∙ Manage HR projects and priorities simultaneously
Knowledge & Skills Required:
∙ Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance
∙ Excellent data management, reporting, and analytical skills
∙ High attention to detail, process orientation, and problem-solving skills
∙ Strong analytical, client/stakeholder/team management and problem-solving skills
∙ Good English communication skills, well versed with office tools like MS office, etc
∙ Ability to work in cross functional teams
∙ Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
∙ Analytical bent of mind and have team leading experience
∙ Highly collaborative in nature and work effortlessly with both middle management and senior leadership
Minimum Qualification:
∙ Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
∙ Min. 5-7 years of work exp. preferably in HR Operations, with at least 3 years in FLM role.
∙ Experience in managing HR systems, MIS reporting, and compliance frameworks
