Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Survey Manager at Afcons Infrastructure Limited. The role requires overseeing all survey requirements for large-scale infrastructure projects, managing survey teams, and ensuring accurate survey data to support construction activities. Daily tasks include supervising survey operations, analyzing survey reports, maintaining records, and managing resources to meet project deadlines. Collaboration with engineering teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and resolving technical challenges are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in survey techniques, instruments, and technologies including GPS, total stations, and AutoCAD
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret technical drawings, and experience with data processing in surveying software
  • Leadership and organizational skills to manage survey teams and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of compliance with regulatory standards and experience in overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in survey management in infrastructure or construction projects
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
