Lead Business Analyst

You will work with Insurance clients to gather data and analytics requirements, and then help design and develop solutions to provide business insights and manage business performance. The person will be responsible for the gathering of requirements from customers, analysis of those requirements, and assisting in the implementation of our in-house insurance data platform. The person must have insurance product and process knowledge and experience
- Must have 8 Years Life or P&C Insurance experience
- Must have 8 years of data, reporting and analytics requirements gathering experience, with a heavy emphasis on data integration, reporting and analytics.
- Strong experience/exposure to one or more of Microsoft, Oracle, Amazon, Google, data reporting and management tools a plus
- 3 years of data profiling and data cleansing a plus
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of insurance products and processes
- Demonstrated ability to liaise closely with business and IT leadership to establish, defend, and persuade implementing recommended solutions
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Must work independently with minimal direction and the ability to deal with a dynamic environment
- Experience leading others through the full development life cycle
