Xpertiz is a fast-growing investment banking firm specializes in Fund raising and M&A advisory services across various industries, catering to mid to large companies with average deal size of USD 50 million. Xpertiz focuses on transactions in regulated environments with a long-term perspective, emphasizing quality deal structuring.

Role Description

As an Investment Banker, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their financial goals through Fund raising, M&A advisory, and strategic financial guidance. The position requires strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills to manage complex financial transactions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder's Office Associate located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Associate will work directly with the company's leadership to execute strategic projects, perform market research and analysis, and develop business strategies. Responsibilities include collaborating on high-priority initiatives, preparing reports and presentations, managing communication across functions, and ensuring the timely execution of operational tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and operational management
  • Strong research, analytical skills, and ability to interpret data effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, including report preparation and presentation development
  • Project management, organizational skills, and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and manage cross-functional relationships
  • Prior experience in consulting, start-ups, or strategy-related roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
