Key RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Drive talent management, performance reviews, employee engagement, and succession planning.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations and HR policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Admin & Facility Operations
- Supervise facility management including housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees.
- Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Senior Leadership Visits Coordination
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of senior leadership visits, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, meeting rooms, and hospitality services for visiting executives.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment during visits, including signage, greetings, and escorting.
- Prepare briefing agenda, welcome kits, and itineraries for leadership teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all senior leadership visit-related queries and support.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10-13 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and organizational development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change in a matrixed environment.
