Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PICU Staff Nurse located in Indore. The PICU Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing round-the-clock care to pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Daily tasks include monitoring patient conditions, administering medication, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop care plans, and providing support to families. Additional responsibilities include maintaining patient records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and participating in training and professional development activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Pediatric Critical Care Nursing and Patient Monitoring
  • Skills in Medication Administration and IV Management
  • Effective Communication and Team Collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle Medical Emergencies and provide Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Excellent Documentation and Record-Keeping skills
  • Nursing degree (B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent) from a recognized institution
  • Valid nursing license and registration
  • Prior experience in a pediatric ICU setting is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
