Role & responsibilities

* Answer to the parents queries and concerns about the children.

* Check the child's temperature regularly.

* Change diapers and feed the child from time to time.

* Administer medicines as per the doctors prescription

* To take care of the child round the clock.

* Keep the parents updated about the child's progress.

* Work in the pediatric intensive care unit and look after children.

* Supervise the staffs in PICU

* To coordinate infection control program and fumigation protocols in department.

* To ensure cleanliness of all apparatus, equipment, furniture etc.

* Carrying on the duties assigned by the Senior Staff Nurse.

* Also handle wards as and when required
