Key Responsibilities: Quality Control (QC):

  • Conduct inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products as per quality plans.
  • Record and maintain inspection data, test results, and deviations.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify defects or non-conformities and communicate with production for corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing instruments and measuring equipment.
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.

Quality Assurance (QA):

  • Develop and implement quality standards, SOPs, and inspection checklists.
  • Participate in internal audits and assist in preparing for external audits (ISO, customer audits, etc.).
  • Review and approve supplier quality documents and incoming material reports.
  • Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective & preventive action (CAPA) processes.
  • Monitor documentation control and ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS).
  • Provide training to production and QC staff on quality systems and standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of quality tools (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, SPC, FMEA, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc.)
  • Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
