Role & responsibilities

  • Preparation of QAP/FQP and procedure for equipment, such as vessel, tanks, structural steel, valves, piping etc.
  • Co-ordination with customer for quality related issues and inspection at sub supplier place as per QAP.
  • Issuance of release note after satisfactory completion of inspection.
  • Follow up with supplier/vendor for any technical query and inspection deficiency.
  • Preparation of inspection dockets for MDCC.
  • Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections of mechanical equipment such as vessel, tanks, structural steel, valves, piping etc.
  • Follow process & maintain documentation for ISO 9001:2015.
  • Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
