Role Overview
We are inviting applications for the position of
Managing Partner
at Entelect Techsol LLP. The Managing Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the firm. This role requires not only leadership and industry expertise but also a
commitment to capital investment
, ensuring aligned interests with the company's vision and long-term growth.
As a partner, you will share both the responsibilities and the rewards of building a future-ready BPO and AI-driven customer engagement company.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership:
Define and drive the overall business strategy to grow Entelect's BPO and AI-driven service portfolio. - Business Development:
Expand client base across industries, develop partnerships, and introduce new revenue streams. - Operations Management:
Ensure high efficiency, service quality, compliance, and delivery excellence across all accounts. - Financial Stewardship:
Oversee P&L, budgeting, investments, and ensure sustainable profitability. - Capital Contribution:
Contribute agreed
capital investment
and take an active role in financial decision-making. - Governance & Partnership:
Collaborate with other partners, ensure transparent reporting, and uphold LLP governance standards. - Innovation:
Leverage automation, AI, and proprietary platforms to reduce costs, improve outcomes, and maintain a competitive edge. - Talent & Culture:
Recruit, mentor, and build high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- Willingness and ability to make a capital investment in the LLP as part of the partnership role.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in BPO, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or related industries.
- Strong record in scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery.
- Expertise in P&L management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
- Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
