The Role
We are seeking a visionary Financial Advisor to join us at the early stage. This is an equity-based role, designed for someone ready to grow with the company and help shape its financial strategy from the ground up.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

5+ years' of industry experience

Strong understanding of the investment business

Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
Develop and lead financial strategy, fundraising models, and investor readiness.

Build scalable financial systems and ensure compliance with global regulations (crypto, fintech, entertainment).

Lead fundraising operations (seed round, SAFEs, convertible notes, future equity rounds)

Support tokenomics, financial projections, and investor pitch preparation.

Partner with the founder to drive capital raising and strategic partnerships.

Act as a financial voice at the leadership table.

What We're Looking For
5+ Experience in startups, fintech, venture capital, crypto, entertainment, or luxury industries or startup CFO roles

Strong fundraising and investor relations background.

Knowledge of Web3, tokenomics, and emerging digital financial models (preferred).

Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in zero-to-one environments.

Comfort working in early-stage, high-growth environments

Understanding of crypto, Web3, or digital assets (preferred but not mandatory)

A true builder's mindset — hands-on, strategic, and ready to shape a new category

Based in the Mumbai or UK, Europe and willing to work remotely with global exposure.
