Staff Engineer, RD Analog DesignHyderabad, Telangana, India – ams Semiconductors IndiaWhat we expectDesign analog blocks such as amplifiers, comparators, bandgap references, LDOs, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, and oscillators.Translate system-level requirements into transistor-level circuit implementations.Optimize designs for performance, power, area, and reliability.Perform pre-layout and post-layout simulations .Conduct Monte Carlo, corner, and noise analysis to ensure robustness.Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure layout matches design intent and meets performance targets.Develop behavioral models (e.g., Verilog-A) for mixed-signal verification.Document design specifications, simulation results, and design reviewsWho we are looking forBachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related field.6+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design.Proficiency in transistor-level design and simulation toolsStrong understanding of CMOS/BiCMOS technologies and analog design fundamentals.ams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
