Qualification

  • Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing systems (POS preferred)

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience as a cashier in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setup
  • Hands-on experience with cash handling, POS systems, and daily reconciliation

Key Skills

  • Strong numerical and billing accuracy
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of POS systems and digital payment methods (UPI, card, etc.)
  • Basic accounting knowledge for daily cash reconciliation
  • Punctual, honest, and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer billing, issue receipts, and manage daily cash transactions
  • Operate POS/billing system efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain records of all sales, payments, and refunds
  • Reconcile cash and prepare daily sales reports at shift end
  • Coordinate with serving and kitchen staff for smooth operations
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and prompt billing service
