We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor with expertise in sheet metal welding fabrications to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing fabrication projects, ensuring quality, and driving productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of fabricators, welders, and fitters

• Plan and execute fabrication projects as per client specifications and deadlines

• Ensure quality control and implement quality assurance processes

• Manage materials, equipment, and resources

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and production teams

• Develop and implement process improvements

Requirements:

• 8-15 years of experience as a Fabrication Supervisor in sheet metal welding fabrications

• Proven expertise in fabrication processes, welding techniques, and quality control

• Leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
