Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of fabricators, welders, and fitters
- Plan and execute fabrication projects as per client specifications and deadlines
- Ensure quality control and implement quality assurance processes
- Manage materials, equipment, and resources
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and production teams
- Develop and implement process improvements

**Requirements**:

- 8-15 years of experience as a Fabrication Supervisor in sheet metal welding fabrications
- Proven expertise in fabrication processes, welding techniques, and quality control
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
