Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Assistant located in Bengaluru. The Financial Assistant will be responsible for supporting financial operations, maintaining financial records, conducting financial analysis, and preparing reports. Day-to-day tasks include handling accounts payable and receivable, assisting in budget preparation, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial documentation and efficient financial planning.

Job Description:

  • Process
    invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Maintain records of daily financial transactions.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger updates.
  • Support in payroll and employee reimbursements.
  • Help prepare financial reports and statements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may apply).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Good MS Excel and documentation skills; ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
