Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Assistant to join our team. As an Articled Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support in audit and assurance activities, consulting projects, corporate law compliance, taxation matters, and startup advisory services.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team and independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with audit and assurance activities, including statutory audits, compliance audits, internal audits, and due diligence
  • Support consulting projects, such as tax planning and financial modeling
  • Provide assistance with corporate law compliance, including company secretarial services and regulatory filings
  • Contribute to taxation matters, including tax planning and dispute resolution
  • Participate in startup advisory services, including business strategy development and implementation
Requirements:
  • Clear Both Groups of CA Intermediate Course
  • Audit & Assurance, Taxation, and Corporate Law knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • Relevant internship or work experience in accounting or finance is a plus
