What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption of LEDSAK CRM.
  • Manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct training sessions and product walkthroughs for client teams.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with the product team to enhance platform features.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed client records and support tickets in CRM (we practice what we preach).
  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations.
  • Monitor client usage patterns and recommend best practices to improve ROI.

Qualifications

  • 1– 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success (preferably in SaaS or CRM platforms).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Kylas, or Pipedrive.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver a high-quality experience.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and startup-minded team player.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
