We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Corporate Sales with a strong background in chain hotel sales and experience handling high-profile corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Client Acquisition - Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities within target markets to expand the hotel's client base.

Account Management - Maintain and grow key corporate accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy Execution - Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Relationship Building - Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers in client organizations.

Market Intelligence - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Collaboration - Work closely with internal departments (operations, marketing) to ensure client needs are met and service standards are maintained.

Reporting - Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to senior management.

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in hotel sales, Similar background with at least 3 years managing high-value corporate accounts.

Proven track record in achieving or exceeding corporate sales targets.

Strong network of corporate contacts across industries (e.g., BFSI, IT, Pharma, Consulting, etc.).

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
