Responsibilities
- Lead the Wi-Fi testing team and manage the complete testing process
- Design and implement test strategies for Wi-Fi products (APs, FWA, etc.)
- Create and review test plans, test cases, and detailed test reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing objectives are met
- Oversee defect tracking, quality metrics, and RCA for critical issues
- Mentor junior team members and ensure knowledge transfer
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Wi-Fi protocols a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Ekahau, Spirent, iperf3, Wireshark
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi routers, mesh networks, and access points
- Experience in test automation frameworks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
