Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Python automation scripts for Wi-Fi test cases
- Conduct performance testing, debugging, and validation of Wi-Fi drivers
- Design and execute tests related to signal strength, throughput, stability, and connectivity
- Work with cross-functional teams (firmware, software, and hardware) to resolve issues
- Use network tools like Wireshark and iPerf for monitoring and troubleshooting
- Maintain clear documentation of test cases, results, and defect logs
- Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure compliance with wireless protocols and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in
Python scripting
for automation - Solid understanding of
Wi-Fi protocols
a/b/g/n/ac/ax), WPA/WPA2, OFDMA, MU-MIMO - Hands-on experience with
Wi-Fi driver testing
, debugging, and firmware validation - Familiarity with
Linux
, embedded systems, and
kernel debugging - Experience in automation using
Robot Framework, Pytest, or Selenium - Proficiency with tools such as
Wireshark
