Fixed Asset Accounting

Cash handling,Cash payments

Following the SOPs for FA & Cash payment policy

Invoice Booking relating to FA/Engg

Key Result Areas (KRAs) - Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Process improvement

  1. Updating of FA controls files (TOD/ TOC) CWIP /SALE/TRF
  2. Maintenance of documentation
  3. Support in Physical verification

Fixed asset management

1.Updating of CWIP file

2.Updating Sale/ Transfer schedule

3.Capitalisation of Fixed Assets

4.Invoice Booking relating to FA/Engg

5.Reconciliation of Depreciation

6.Monthly schedule

Customer delight

  1. Meeting expectation related to Fixed Asset Function
  2. Disbursement of Cash.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

Worked in SAP in a Multinational, Manufacturing environment

Major role in Fixed Assets, Cash handling ,Physical verification of assets in prior organision for the past 3-4 years.
