Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer based in Vadodara. The Service Engineer will be responsible for conducting installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of rotating equipment. They will collaborate with clients to provide technical support, perform condition monitoring and vibration analysis, and ensure the reliability of equipment. The role also involves delivering on-site services and documentation of diagnostic and maintenance processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Troubleshooting and providing solutions to resolve technical issues effectively
  • Field Service capabilities, including the ability to handle on-site tasks and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills for clear interaction with clients and internal teams
  • Expertise in Maintenance & Repair, focusing on rotating equipment and related systems
  • Proficiency in Technical Support for diagnosing and addressing complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to on-site environments
  • Knowledge of vibration analysis and condition monitoring practices is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualifications
  • Experience in rotating equipment or similar fields is a plus
