Position: Service Engineer

Reporting to: Service Manager

Location: Ahmedabad & Vadodara (2 Positions)

Required Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience (preferably in Equipment, Machine, or Kitchen Industry).

Required Qualification

  • Diploma / Graduate / ITI in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform successful repair of equipment at client premises.
  • Carry out installation and commissioning of new equipment at client sites.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes effectively.
  • Review complaints in advance and plan for resolution in a single visit.
  • Provide regular and timely reporting for all customer visits.
  • Raise indents for spare parts as required.
  • Continuously learn and update knowledge about new equipment and components.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding issue resolution and timelines.
  • Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to customers during visits.

Required Skills

  • Detailed knowledge of equipment being handled.
  • Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tasks.

Candidate Preference

  • Local candidates from Ahmedabad and Vadodara will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
