Job Description:

Service Execution:
1. Conduct overhauling, repair, and maintenance of various types of isolators (66kV to 400kV) to ensure operational reliability.
2. Perform installation and commissioning of isolators as per industry standards and project- specific requirements.
3. Diagnose and resolve technical issues during installation, commissioning, or troubleshooting activities.
Project Management:
4. Plan and execute service schedules, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
5. Coordinate with clients, site managers, and team members to ensure smooth workflow at the project site.
Compliance and Safety:
6. Ensure all work adheres to safety standards, guidelines, and regulatory norms applicable to the power industry.
7. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including service reports, compliance records, and customer feedback.
Technical Support:
8. Provide technical guidance and training to client personnel and junior team members regarding isolator maintenance and operation.
9. Stay updated with new isolator models, technologies, and industry best practices.
Client Relations:

10. Act as the primary point of contact at project sites, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely service.
11. Support business development by identifying potential opportunities for additional services or upgrades during site visits.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

 Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
 Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in servicing, installation, or commissioning of high-voltage isolators (66kV to 400kV) & HV Breaker Testing (GE.Schneider/Siemes etc)
 Technical Knowledge:
o Expertise in isolator components, mechanisms, and operational principles.
o Familiarity with electrical substation equipment and layouts.
 Skills:
o Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
o Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
o Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
 Other Requirements:
o Willingness to travel extensively to various locations across India.
o Valid driver's license and physical fitness to handle site conditions.
