Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive / Senior Executive

Reports to: Senior Manager/Head of Marketing

Location: Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Freelance

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Professional to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.

Analyze and Optimize Campaign Performance: Conduct market research and analyze campaign results to inform future strategies, ensuring data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

Channel Management and Optimization: Manage and optimize digital channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising, to maximize ROI and align with business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with business goals, ensuring a unified approach to driving business growth.

Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve digital marketing efforts and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and marketing automation tools
  • Excellent communication, writing, and design skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or in Marketing, Communications, or a related area

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SEO, PPC, and influencer marketing
  • Certification in Google Analytics or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software
