We are seeking a seasoned Back Office Executive with a strong academic foundation and extensive industry experience, preferably from the BFSI sector. The role demands high proficiency in documentation, presentation, and technical coordination across India. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations, graphs, and diagrams for technical and financial reports
  • Draft and manage E-Tender documentation and submissions
  • Support valuation teams with preliminary knowledge of:
  • Land & Building assessments
  • Plant & Machinery evaluations
  • LIE Reports and TEV Reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for PAN India assignments
  • Maintain high-speed typing accuracy (minimum 45 WPM) and document control
  • Assist in audit-ready reporting and back-office compliance

Technical Proficiency

  • Expert-level command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Skilled in graphical representation and data visualization
  • Familiarity with E-Tendering platforms and documentation protocols

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Honours Graduate from a recognized university
  • Experience: 10–15 years in back-office operations, BFSI preferred
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills
  • Background: English-medium schooling preferred
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across India is mandatory
  • Age Group: 35–50 years

Selection Procedure

  • Written Test on computer proficiency (MS Office, typing speed, formatting)
  • Followed by a Personal Interview

Note: Candidates unwilling to travel PAN India need not apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹14,000.00 per month
