Job Title : State Head-Cable Sales

Location: Indore/Bhopal

Territory to manage: Entire MadhyaPradesh & Chattisgarh

Looking for candidates preferably from cable industry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop market and implement the sales strategy for Industrial Cables in MP/CG.
  • Go To Market: Design and execute a comprehensive go to Market strategy, including market entry plans, channel strategies
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team to explore new business opportunities and extract maximum sales from Dealers and customers.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Industrial Cables sector. To nurture business growth from EPCs and end customers. Should be having good connect with OEMs in the state and hold good rapport with Electrical consultants
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify product innovation opportunities and differentiate the product range.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with finance marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless product availability and establish competitive pricing strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance of team and generate actionable insights using provided sales analytics tools

Candidates profile -

B.Tech/B.Sc

10+ years experience of handling teams

Skills

  • Proven track record in sales and business development within Cable Industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling the development of rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to gather and interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
