Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support:

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients, including software, hardware, and network-related problems.

Provide timely and accurate customer feedback and resolve client queries efficiently.

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams when necessary.

  1. Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients needing technical support.

Communicate effectively with clients to gather detailed information about the issues they are experiencing.

Maintain positive relationships by providing regular updates on issue resolution status.

  1. Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide expert-level support.

Assist clients with product configuration, usage, and optimization.

Stay updated on new features, updates, and system changes to ensure up-to-date support.

  1. Documentation:

Document issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps to build a knowledge base for future reference.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.

  1. Training and Onboarding:

Provide training to new and existing clients on product use, best practices, and troubleshooting tips.

Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth setup and configuration.

  1. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with product, engineering, and development teams to understand product updates and provide feedback on recurring issues.

Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  1. Service Level Agreements (SLAs):

Ensure that support requests are handled in compliance with established SLAs.

Prioritize and manage multiple client issues simultaneously while adhering to response and resolution times.

  1. Proactive Support:

Monitor systems and applications for potential issues and address them before they affect clients.

Provide recommendations for process improvements based on recurring issues and feedback from clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background :

Bachelor's degree in Technical Field

Skills :

Communication skills, client handling, wireless (Internet), Subnetting, Technical knowledge, CCNA, CCNP, LAN-WAN

Requirements :

Own Bike and laptop

Language : English, Hindi, Marathi

Job Time: 9.30am to 6.30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11, ₹13,000.00 per month
