We're looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about solving high-impact problems in a fast-paced start-up environment with a high degree of autonomy. Someone who can own and drive a 0-1 product and business - identifying & prioritizing problems, solving them and designing the GTM strategy. We empower you to make the right decisions and encourage a culture of celebrating failures that enable us to take appropriate risks in the process.

Responsibilities

  • Build Customer Empathy: PMs have to regularly meet and understand customer needs first-hand as well as stay on top of the customer pulse via secondary insights - both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Define both long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact.
  • Product Conceptualization with a problem first, data-driven, and test & iterate approach. Ensures conceptualization from a platform and a long-term view. Ensures value-based prioritization of product initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features on time.
  • Draft and execute a GTM plan in conjunction with Product Marketing. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus.
  • Define product metrics for your area, and track them continuously. Identify usage patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction.

What You Will Need

  • Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Overall experience of 4+ yrs working with consumer products. 1+ yrs in a sports betting industry/prediction markets/defi is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills based on the first principles of thinking.
  • Good understanding of technology, and comfort with product management processes such as A/B experimentation, writing PRDs, managing product backlogs, and creating roadmaps.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills to get work done across different functions and drive product development.
